Great place to live. Amanda and Steve are wonderful to work with

First off I want to say I been living in this complex for almost a year. The updates they have done are amazing! Amanda the manager of mt. Vernon is amazing. She is fast at getting back to the tenants on any issue they have. Steve the maintenance man has been doing a amazing job keeping up on the maintenance repairs! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! They have done so much around here to make our living experience great and they have successfully fulfilled that with the updates to the apartments and hard work they put in day to day. Highly recommend renting from mt.vernon you will not regret it.

I have lived here four years and the previous management was aweful never did repairs or listened to concerns the new management is great Amanda is the best landlord and Steve is always prompt on fixing things when needed not to mention a really nice guy. I feel so much safer and thankful to securities property for what they have done for this property and community and for me and my low income family.

Since new management and whatnot this place is slowing picking up and coming together… 4 years living here and I love raising my daughter up here on the south hill where it’s safe.

Steve and Amanda have gone above and beyond. You have to understand they have a lot on their plate and have done exceptional for my family and residents here at Mount Vernon. Change is not easy but with didn't understanding this place will be amazing at the end of all these renovations.

The management is amazing and have been very helpful with how busy they have been and fixing so much that was messed up before they took over. Steve always stops and answers my questions and help me as much as I need. Amanda is doing amazing for going through and fixing problems and helping me.

Through all their hard work with everything they have to work with taking on all the challenges. They have been doing an excellent job. I really appreciate all their efforts. Thank you.

The new management that took over is so refreshing! They really care and will take the time to help you out with any concerns you may have.

The staff is efficient, professional, and informative. Always pleasant. Property maintained with upgrades in progress. Good location.
