Update as I am about to have a new baby I just got a message that has threatened me with legal from someone in the office as I have not used any names I have the right to freedom off speech and know I am being threatened with we're I live I guess ur not allowed to have FREEDOM OFF SPEECH IF YOU LIVE HERE as I have not used names for a reason I have not herrassead and or threatened anyone I have only spoke my feelings about how it has been here but instead off issues being fixed a autistic tenant gets threatened so THE ONLY PERSON BEING THREATENED IS MY FAMILY
If you can find a better place, do it, the office is never open, it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. It took a week to pay my bill because the office is always locked, and if u knock they complain management told me I would not be charged a late fee today then walked me outside away from the people inside and said that I will be having a late fee. She lied to my face because she didn't want to look bad in front of others in the office. I have been trying to pay my rent since the 1st but the office is always locked and no one ever answers. the manager says she is always there but then why is it so hard for someone to come to the office to pay rent and get a proper receipt. I do not use the drop box, I had a money order get lost that way and had to pay more money than I had to spend because they couldn't find the original money order. I have a legitimate reason why I make sure to get a receipt. I was not late at all but the office has not been open regardless of the posted hours. the door is ALWAYS locked and if u knock there is never an answer. The website says they have all these things that they don't, it's just another lie there is no playground at all, the washers and dryers are expensive and you have to use a app to activate and pay for them. people let their dogs defecate all over any grass patch and it's barely handled less than a quarter of the time. the office door is always locked with no response to knocking and if they do respond it is often volatile. if the manager says one thing check with someone above her to get the real answer or she might lie to your face if ur in front of others to not look bad. the office should learn the difference between the office actually being open for people to pay rent and the office saying it's open when the door is locked ultimately during posted business hours without any notice to inform residents of reasons that they can not be reached. I kinda wish the old owner still ran things at least ppl could go pay rent with out having to deal with this migraine and another thing they say is available is away to pay rent online and that's another lie like is anything advertised real or are things being made out to look better than they actually are... I have lived here for years and before they took over it used to be easy to just bring rent in to the office and get a receipt and now it's just intense stress because it seems these people don't want to even do the bare minimum of their jobs. In short; at a passing glance it looks nice but it isn't worth the time or money. The quality does not match the price.
