For Christmas, I'm asking management to enforce basic apartment living rules. Apartments 67 and 68 regularly drive loud vehicles without mufflers at all hours, including after quite hours. This ongoing issue has disrupted the peace and quite enjoyment of residents and neighbors for over two months. I hope management can take action to resolve this for the well being of the community.

My best friend lives here and I see her everyday. Well today I was helping her with her trash since she had so much and 2 guys in a truck claiming one was the owner and the other was maintenance said I was no longer allowed to throw trash away even though I had explained a million times i was helping a friend that lived there. They then drove away and while loading kids in the car the maintenance man approaches my car stating he has written my plate number down and that I will pay for what I did and make sure I receive a fine. What kind of service is this? God forbid a single mother has her best friend help her take out her trash. So what most of her trash were papers didn't know she couldn't throw those out. I hope this place either gets taken over by nicer people or the current "employees" learn to be respectful instead of harassing someone because they are helping someone who lives there. The owner needs to put her employees in their place.

The new owner runs mt.vernon terrace apt.like a war lord.She thinks just because she owns the place she can do anything she wants. She think she can walk into your apartment especially when you are not there and she cover your thermostat and locks it up so you can not adjust the temperature. This is not Russia, this is the USA,home of the free, not a prison. Just because you are rich does not give the right to treat people the communism, or socialist do, who likes to take people's freedom away.
